The rugged Panasonic Toughpad® FZ-G1 tablet PC (also known as the FZ-G1) runs the Windows® 8 Pro operating system and is an ideal productivity tool for mobile workers. The Toughpad FZ-G1 weighs only 2.4 pounds and is designed to MIL-STD-810G and to IP65 specifications to protect against environmental conditions and accidental situations, such as bumps, drops, or exposure to wind, heat, and rain.The Toughpad FZ-G1 is powered by the Intel® Core™ i5-3437U 1.9GHz vPro processor, 4GB RAM, and a 128GB solid state drive for incredible speed and performance. It offers a complete range of embedded wireless options including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth®, and optional 4G LTE or 3G Gobi™ mobile broadband to help users stay connected while in the field.
The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1 features a brilliant 10.1" WUXGA, 10-point capacitive multi-touch + digitizer, daylight-viewable screen. The Toughpad FZ-G1 offers a stylus and active digitizer, enabling flexible data entry in the field, as well as signature capture and handwriting recognition functionalities. Other features include an integrated front 720p webcam with mic and a 3MP rear camera, multiple options for peripheral connectivity, and a removable battery that can accommodate a full day of work.
