With the WebDT 312 durable tablet PC from DT Research (also known as the DT312), users can choose between Microsoft® Windows® Embedded Standard 7, Windows 7 Professional, Windows XP Embedded; Windows XP Pro for Embedded Systems, or Linux operating systems. The WebDT 312 features a brilliant 10.4-inch touchscreen display and weighs just over two pounds. The DT312 offers seamless information capture for improved workflow and performs anywhere — on the sales floor, in the warehouse, in the field, and in the classroom.The WebDT 312 is powered by an Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz processor, 2GB RAM, and 2GB flash storage for speed and performance. It has integrated Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n and Bluetooth® to help users stay connected while on the job. The DT312's LED-backlit, 10.4-inch display is available with a sunlight viewable option for working outdoors. The display has a resistive touchscreen that accepts both pen and finger touch input. USB and optional integrated camera, magnetic stripe reader, barcode scanner, SmartCard reader, and RFID reader make the WebDT 312 tablet suitable for a wide variety of mobile applications.
The DT312 is also available in a white, medical-grade housing for use in healthcare environments. The WebDT 312MD is durable and made from easily sanitized, anti-microbial materials.
