The Getac PS236 is an ultra-rugged handheld PC. It is the first fully rugged handheld built to meet MIL-STD 810G with high-speed wireless networking capabilities. Built-in GPS receiver, E-compass, altimeter, and 3MP camera have been carefully integrated to create an all-in-one rugged handheld computing solution. Featuring an RS-232 serial port and USB, the Getac PS236 rugged handheld offers compatibility and flexible connectivity for a wide variety of industrial and outdoor applications.The ultra-rugged handheld has a 3.5" sunlight readable display with pressure sensitive touchscreen. The PS236's 4GB memory storage, plus an external SDHC card slot supporting up to 16GB, ensures efficient data processing and ample storage. Optional keyboard features including a numeric keypad and PDA keypad are available to address the needs of different users. The PS236 rugged handheld PC has an incredibly long battery life of up to 10 hours to maximize uptime.
