Order Online with your credit card. Just add your desired items to your shopping cart and proceed through our easy purchasing process.

Call us at 866-RUGGED8 (866-784-4338). A Group Mobile Sales Representative is available to take your order, or answer your questions, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, Mountain Standard Time.

Fax your order information to us at 1-480-247-2750. Please include a copy of each of the following Checkout Process pages: Shopping Cart, Shipping Information, Ship Method and Payment Information.

Create your Account and Logging In

If you are a first time visitor to GroupMobile.com, you will automatically be prompted to create an account prior to purchasing. Enter your information into the required fields and select a password that you will remember. Your e-mail address will be used to identify you during future visits. All personal information collected by GroupMobile.com is never distributed or sold. Returning customers will be prompted to Log in to begin checkout. This information is used to help expedite your order and provide better service to you.

    Shipping Information

    Group Mobile charges and economical, flat fee, for shipping based on the type of product you purchase (weight, package size, etc.) not the location you are shipping to. Group Mobile uses standard shipping companies such as Federal Express and UPS. Choose from Ground, 3-day and Overnight shipping options. You will be able to view and choose shipping methods in your shopping cart during the checkout process.

    Delivery Timeframes

    Rugged computing products are, more often than not, “build-to-order” vs. “build-to-stock”. This means that the products are assembled, configured, integrated and tested after the order is placed. Base systems are more likely to be available for immediate (same day) shipping than systems that are upgraded. Upgraded systems are likely to be a unique configuration and are considered custom orders by the manufacturers which can take anywhere from one week to five weeks to ship. Please keep this in mind when ordering and when choosing the freight method. Group Mobile will proactively communicate the delivery status to you after you have placed your order. If appropriate, we will allow you to change your selected freight method at this time.
